middle will turn one; after reading card and ready for passing, the upper blue light will turn
on; if try to push the railing without permission, the red light will turn on

3. Single direction or double direction optional

4. Railing will be off when power off

5. Counting function, if read the card for N times, N persons can pass before the railing close, N<=8(optional function)
